| 摘 要： | 目的:评价祛痰剂沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法:观察86例下呼吸道感染患者治疗治疗前后咳嗽、咳痰等临床症状的变化。结果:两组有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)未发现沐舒坦有明显副作用。结论:沐舒坦治疗下呼吸道感染疗效确切安全可靠值得临床进一步推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of expectorant Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation in lower respiratory tract infections.Method: 86 patients' clinical symptoms with lower respiratory tract infections were observed to identify the difference during the treatment.Result: Two groups efficiency comparison differentiae exits palpability(P<0.01),obvious side effect was not found in Mucosolvan.Conclusion: Mucosolvan will be effective to treat lower respiratory tract infections,It's safe and reliable. |
