高压氧中毒对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响

摘    要:采用计算机图象定量测量方法,对在高压氧中毒后小鼠耳廓微循环的变化进行了观察和定量测量.结果表明,高压氧中毒后小鼠耳廓毛细血管开放数目减少,毛细血管密度降低.细动脉、细静脉管径减小,血流速度变慢,有红细胞聚集现象.这些变化可能是氧自由基对组织细胞的毒性作用所致.

Abstract:The experiments were designed to observe and measure the changes of the auricle microcirculation of mice af ter hyperbaric oxygen intoxication (HOI,0.5MPa) by means of a computer image analyser, The resuLts were as follows:The number of capiliaries opened in mice auricle was decreased remarkably and the capillary density was reduced. too. The diameters of arteriole and venule in mice auricle were reduced notably. The velocity of blood flow slowed down and a few erythrocytes gathering were seen in the capiliaries. The above changes may be resulted from the intoxication of oxygen free radical which efiects tissues and celle in body.
