| 摘 要： | 目的了解池州市民接种狂犬病疫苗的效果。方法我们收集池州市2005-2009年狂犬病疫苗接种者1 368份血清,应用酶联免疫试验,检测狂犬病毒中和抗体。结果共检测1 368份,总阳性率97.00%,男性和女性的阳性检出率分别为97.02%和96.67%,男女之间差异无统计学意义(x~2=0.003,P0.05),各年龄组之间阳性率差异有统计学意义(x~2=14.55,P0.05),不同的免疫程序的抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(x~2=29.88,P0.005)。结论狂犬病疫苗免疫后进行抗体检测十分重要,阴性人群必须进行加强免疫,以确保免疫效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the immune effectiveness of rabies vaccine in ChiZhou City. Methods We gathered 1368 serum samples from 2005 to 2009 in ChiZhou City,and neutralizing antibody against rabies virus was tested with ELLISA.Result In 1368 serum samples.the total positive rate was 97%.The positive rates in males and females were97.02%and 96.67%respectively.The difference did not have satistical meaning between men and women（X~2=0.003,P0.05）.There have satistical meanings between every age 0.05）.There have satistical meanings between the non-whole immunization procedure and the whole immunization procedure（x~2=29.88,P0.005）.Conclusion It is important to dedect the antibody after immunization,boosten dose must be given to the persons with negative result to ensume the producing of antibody. |
