基层医疗机构口腔门诊消毒与灭菌质量调查

目的了解基层医疗机构口腔门诊的消毒与灭菌质量,以便促进和提高消毒管理水平。方法采样、检测与卫生学评价按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》进行。结果采集了24家基层医疗机构口腔门诊的四类样品共101份,合格74份,总合格率为73.3%,其中社区卫生中心合格率77.3%;个体口腔诊所合格率72.2%。医护人员手、使用中消毒剂、灭菌敷料和灭菌手机头的合格率分别为38.9%、100%、44.4%、97.1%。结论基层医疗机构口腔门诊管理不到位,部分消毒灭菌物品卫生质量令人堪忧,建议对其加大指导和监管的力度。

Survey of quality of disinfection and sterilization in grassroots stomatology clinics

Objective To know the present quality of disinfection and sterilization in grassroots stomatology clinics in order to improve the disinfection administration.Methods According to《Technical Standard For Disinfection 2002》,collecting samples、testing and evaluating the testing results were conducted.Results The total qualification rate was 73.30%from the 101 samples in 24 grassroots stomatology clinic;The qualification rate of hand hygiene、disinfectants in use、sterile articles and sterile drill were 38.9%、100%、44.4%and 97.1%respectively.Conclusion The administration in grassroots stomatology clinics were not standardized,quality of some disinfection and sterilization articles were low and the guidance and supervision of should be strengthened.
