| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清MMP-2、MMP-9水平与非小细胞肺癌的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测70例非小细胞肺癌患者及26例健康志愿者血清MMP-2和MMP-9水平。结果NSCLC患者血清MMP-2和MMP-9含量显著高于正常对照组。NSCLC有转移组血清MMP-2和MMP-9水平显著高于NSCLC无转移组。结论血清MMP-2和MMP-9的水平可作为预测非小细胞肺癌转移的指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate correlation of serum total MMP-2,MMP-91evels with human non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）,and to evaluate the clinical value.Methods Serum total MMP-2,MMP-9 levels were detected in 70 patients with human non-small cell lung cancer and 26 healthy volunteers by ELISA.Results Mean levels of MMP-2,MMP-9 were significantly elevated in cancer samples compared with normal serum（P0.01）.A significant difference was found between levels in the presence versus the absence of metastasis（MMP-2,P0.05,MMP-9,P0.01）.MMP-2,MMP-9 levels in the sera in NSCLC metastasis group,did not,show significant correlation with sex,age,or tumor histotype（P0.05）.Conclusions Serum total MMP-2,MMP-9 levels may provide prognostic information of NSCLC metastasis. |
