中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术在结核性胸腔积液治疗中的应用

目的观察中心静脉导管闭式引流术在结核性胸腔积液治疗中的效果。方法对50例结核性胸腔积液病人,随机分为导管引流组25例,常规穿刺抽液组25例,分别进行引流和抽液,同时两组给予2HRZE（S）/4HR正规口服抗痨治疗。结果导管组与常规组相比胸水消失时间、症状好转时间、并发症情况、平均住院天数均明显小于常规组（P〈0.01）。结论中心静脉导管引流术治疗结核性胸腔积液,胸水引流充分,有效减少并发症和降低住院天数,优势明显,操作简单,创伤小无痛苦,优于常规胸穿抽液术,值得临床积极推广。
