| 摘 要： | 目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定胃舒宁颗粒中芍药苷含量的方法。方法采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0·1%磷酸溶液(17∶83),流速为1·0ml·min-1,检测波长为232nm。结果芍药苷线性范围0·05145~1·0290μg,相关系数r=0·9999,最低检测限为0·01235μg,平均加样回收率为97·99%,相对标准偏差RSD为0·96%(n=9)。结论本方法操作简便、准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination of Paeoniflorin in Weishuning Granules by HPLC.Methods C18 column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid,with flow rate of 1.0ml·min~-1.Detective wavelength was at 232nm.Results The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0.05145～1.0290μg(r=0.9999).Detective limit was 0.1235μg.The average added sample recovery was 97.99% and RSD was 0.96%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Weishuning Granules. |
