| 儿童胃食管返流102例的临床研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 采用胃食道钡剂造影，按５级分类法判断儿童食管返流病变程度及合并症的类型。检出儿童ＧＥＲ１０２例中，Ⅰ级２２例，Ⅱ级４１例，Ⅲ级３４例，Ⅳ级５例，Ⅳ级以下占９５％，提示儿童ＧＥＲ病情一般较轻；ＧＥＲ合工哮喘或反复呼吸道感染１３例，胃窦炎或十二指肠炎４２例，十二指肠溃疡及炎症７例，返流性食管炎４例及其他消化道疾病８例，提示儿童ＧＥＲ与哮喘有因果关系外，但与消化道疾病可能更密切相关。指出胃十二指肠炎症及 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinic feature andcomplications of gastroesophageal reflux(GER) in chilren. Methods: Classification in five grades according to barium meal esophagography.Results: There are 102 cases in all, 22 cases of grade I, 41 cases ofgrade II, 34 cases ofgrade III,and 5 cases of grade IV. The cases which under grade IV account for 95%. 13 cases of GER complicated with asthma and recurrent respiratony tract infection, 42 case with antralgastrits or duodenitis, 7cases with duodenal ulcus, 4 cases with refluent esophagitis and 8 cases with other digestive canal diseases. Conclusion: The results showed todisass of digestive canal, such asantral gastritis, duodenitisulcer, refluent esopagitis etc. The pathological changes of GER are slighter in children. |
