NDV对小鼠H_(22)腹水瘤治疗作用的探讨

摘    要:肿瘤逃避机体免疫排斥的机制之一,是肿瘤细胞存在的肿瘤相关抗原的免疫原性较弱,不足以引起宿主有效的抗肿瘤免疫反应。NDV可以改变或影响瘤细胞的免疫原性,诱发和促进机体对肿瘤的排斥反应。本文探讨了新城疫病毒(new castle disease virus,NDV)对小鼠H_(22)腹水瘤的治疗作用。对照组接种H_(22)瘤细胞后第8d死亡1只,至第16d10只小鼠全部死亡,存活率为0%,平均存活14.1d。实验组注射瘤细胞后第12d死亡2只,至23d死亡9只,1只无瘤存活,存活率为10%。死亡鼠平均存活天数为18d,比对照组延长3.9d,两组相差显著(P<0.05)。实验结果表明NDV对小鼠H_(22)腹水瘤有治疗作用,能抑制小鼠H_(22)腹水瘤的生长,可延长小鼠生存时间。NDV可作治疗肿瘤的一种新生物制剂。

Abstract:New castle disease virus (NDV) is nonvirulent to human. It can infect tumor cells and takes a role of tumor Vaccine. It can induce interferin production of human peripheral blood lymphocytes, too. This article investigated the protection of NDV intraperigtoneal infection ageinst mice bearing H22hepatic carcinoma. At day 16 after NDV infection. survival rate of mice in control group was 0% (0/10) and that in NDV infection group was 60% (6/10) . There was a sinificant defference of survival rate between two groups. The mean survival time of mice with NDV infection markedly prolonged compared with that pf the control (P<0. 05). These results suggested that NDV infection in vivo could in-hibite growth of tumor prolong survival time of mice bearing - tumor, and NDV could be used as a new method for tumor therapy.
