摘    要:目的 了解新冠肺炎疫情下社区防控人员主要工作压力源及工作疲溃感现状,探讨两者之间的相关关系,为减轻其工作压力及缓解工作疲溃感提供依据。方法 通过纸质及电子问卷相结合的方式对社区防控人员进行调查。结果 社区新冠疫情防控人员工作压力整体处于中低水平,其主要工作压力源为工作责任重,工作负荷大及存在工作风险,而工作疲溃感整体处于中高度水平。Pearson线性相关分析显示:社区防控人员工作压力源与整体工作疲溃感和情绪疲溃感间存在正相关关系,而与工作冷漠感存在负相关关系。结论 新冠肺炎疫情期间社区防控人员工作疲溃其受工作压力的影响,应采取相应措施减轻工作压力,缓解工作疲溃感。

Abstract:To understand the main work stressors and job burnout of community prevention and control personnel under COVID-19 epidemic, and then to explore the correlation between them, so as to provide a reference for reducing work stress and job burnout. Methods Community prevention and control personnel of COVID-19 were investigated through a combination of paper and electronic questionnaires. Results The overall work stress score of community Covid-19 prevention and control personnel was at a medium-low level. The main sources of work stress were heavy responsibilities, heavy workload and work risks, while the overall sense of job burnout was at a medium-high level. Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between job stressors and overall job burnout and emotional burnout of community epidemic prevention and control personnel, while a negative correlation between job burnout and job apathy.Conclusion During the epidemic period of COVID-19, community prevention and control staff felt the impact of their work pressure, so corresponding measures should be taken to reduce their work pressure and relieve their sense of job burnout.
