深圳市罗湖区0~5岁儿童生长发育与营养状况分析

目的 了解深圳市罗湖区0~5岁儿童生长发育和营养状况，为改善儿童营养状况、促进生长发育提供依据。 方法 采用多层随机抽样方法，选取3个街道的577名儿童及其母亲进行问卷调查和体格检查，采用Z评分方法评价儿童营养状况。 结果 深圳市罗湖区0~5岁儿童生长发育水平高于2005年全国九市城市儿童，低体重率为2.6%，生长迟缓率为3.8%，消瘦率为2.3%，超重率为8.7%，肥胖率为3.1%；5~6岁为营养不良高发期，3~4岁为超重高发期。 结论 罗湖区0~5岁儿童虽然体格发育水平良好，但营养状况呈两极分化状况，营养不良和营养过剩同时存在。

Growth and nutritional status of children aged 0-5 Years in Luohu District,Shenzhen City

To estimate the physical growth and nutritional status of children aged 0-5 years in Luohu District, and to provide bases for improving children’s nutrition status and promoting the growth. Methods Multilayer random sampling method was adopted. A total of 577 children from 3 streets were surveyed by questionnaires and physical examinations. Z score was adopted to evaluate nutritional status. Results The growth and development level of 0-5 years old children in Luohu District of Shenzhen City was higher than that of 9 cities in China in 2005. The low-weight rate, growth retardation rate, weight loss rate, overweight rate and obesity rate were 2.6%, 3.8%, 2.3%, 8.7% and 3.1%, respectively. 5-6 years old was a high incidence of malnutrition, and 3-4 years old was a high incidence of overweight. Conclusion Although the physical development level of 0-5-year-old children in Luohu District is good, the nutritional status is polarized. Malnutrition and overnutrition exist simultaneously.
