摘    要:目的 构建护理人员健康教育胜任力评价指标体系,为科学、客观评价健康教育胜任力提供可靠依据 方法 在文献分析和小组访谈基础上,采用德尔菲和层次分析法确立各级指标及其权重。结果 共纳入了35名专家,平均工作年限为(22.63±7.15)年,均为中级及以上职称。经2轮函询形成了以知识与经验、技能与能力、综合素质为主要框架的指标体系,其中一级指标3 个,二级指标17个,三级指标90个。2轮函询专家积极系数均为100%;专家权威系数为0.855,协调系数分别为0.611和0.635(均P<0.001)。从一级指标来说,知识与经验所占权重最大(49%);其次是技能与能力(31%);最后是综合素质(20%)。结论 初步建立了护理人员健康教育胜任力评价指标体系,为进一步验证及应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to build a health care competency evaluation index system for nursing staff,in order to provide a reliable basis for scientific and objective evaluation of health education competence. Methods Based onliterature analysis and group interviews, Delphi and AHP were used to establish indicators and weights. Results A total of 35experts were included, with an average working period of 22.63 ± 7.15 years, all with intermediate or higher professionaltitles. After two rounds of inquiry, an indicator system with knowledge and experience, skills and abilities, and comprehensivequality as the main framework was formed, including 3 first-level indicators, 17 second-level indicators, and 90 third-levelindicators. The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were all 100%. The authoritative coefficientsof the experts were 0.855. And the coordination coefficients were 0.611 and 0.635, respectively (all P<0.001). In terms offirst-level indicators, knowledge and experience account for the largest weight (49%); followed by skills and abilities (31%);and finally, overall quality (20%). Conclusion A preliminary evaluation index system for the health education competence ofnursing staff was established, laying the foundation for further verification and application.
