国外非自杀性自伤研究现状——基于CiteSpace可视化分析

目的 非自杀性自伤（non-suicidal self-injury，NSSI）是危害青少年身心健康的重要因素。为更好地了解国外有关非自杀性自伤研究现状，利用情报学软件CiteSpace对相关文献仅进行了梳理。方法 以web of science核心数据库中的文献为分析对象，通过分析文献的作者和关键词，勾勒出当前非自杀性自伤领域的研究现状。结果 （1）热点作者中，比利时鲁汶大学的Claes Laurence频次最高，美国哈佛大学的Nock Matthew K中心性最强。（2）热点关键词可以概括为对非自杀性自伤的界定，共病研究，研究设计，影响因素。结论 非自杀性自伤领域研究人员众多且研究范围广泛，缺乏有关发病机制的深入研究。

Foreign research status of non-suicidal self-injury-based on CiteSpace visualization analysis

Objective Non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI) is an important factor in harming adolescents’ physical and mental health. In order to help domestic researchers better understand the current research status of non-suicidal self-injury in foreign countries, Methods This research analyzed the data coming from the core database of Web of Science by CiteSpace.The current research status of non-suicidal self-injury was outlined by analyzing of the authors and keywords of the literature. Results(1) In the analyzing of authors, the frequencies of Claes Laurence was highest; the Centrality of Nock Matthew K was strongest.(2) Hot keywords can be summarized as definition, the research of comorbidity, study design and risk factors of NSSI. Conclusion There were many researchers devoting to the widespread research of NSSI, but the pathogenesis was few discussed.
