中国大学生暴力遭遇行为影响因素的Meta分析

目的 探讨影响我国大学生暴力遭遇行为的影响因素。方法 计算机检索中英文数据库,收集建库至2019年12月31日公开发表的关于中国大学生暴力遭遇行为影响因素的相关文献。文献筛选后采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入23篇文献,研究对象38 413例。分析结果显示性别（OR = 2.02,95%CI:1.59～2.58）、过往受暴（OR = 1.99,95%CI:1.69～2.33）、恋人情况（OR = 1.31,95%CI:1.09～1.58）、家庭类型（OR = 2.72,95%CI:1.05～7.04）是大学生暴力遭遇行为的影响因素。结论 男性、曾经受暴、有或曾有恋人、组合家庭是我国大学生暴力遭遇的危险因素,其中组合家庭因素影响最大。

Influencing factors of violent encounters of Chinese college students: a meta-analysis

To explore the influencing factors of violent encounters of college students in China. Methods Chinese and English databases were searched. Literatures on the influencing factors of violent encounters of Chinese college students which were published publicly at home and abroad before December 31 st, 2019 were collected. After Selecting literatures,Meta-analysis was conducted using Review Manager 5.3 software. Results A total of 21 articles were included, and 38413 patients were studied. The pooled OR and its 95%CI of each influencing factor were as follows: gender(OR=2.02, 95%CI=1.59-2.58), used to experience violence or not(OR=1.99, 95%CI=1.69-2.33), lovers’ situation(OR=1.31, 95%CI=1.09-1.58),family type(OR=2.72, 95%CI=1.05-7.04). Conclusion Male sex, used to experience violence, have or had lovers, and joint family are the risk factors of violent encounters of college students in China. Among them, the joint family factor has the greatest impact.
