基于配对设计的成都市某高校艾滋病健康教育效果评价

摘    要:
目的 调查成都市某高校新生关于艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况、风险意识、歧视态度等现况,评价学校防艾教育干预的效果。方法 借助调查问卷在防艾教育干预前后采取整群抽样方法进行两次横断面调查;收集艾滋病相关知识、风险识别能力、歧视态度;通过信息匹配获得配对样本;使用基于配对设计的t检验和χ2检验。结果 228位调查对象进入合格配对人群中。艾滋病知识得分由干预前的(11.54±1.29)上升至干预后的(11.82±1.15),差异有统计学意义(t = 3.25,P<0.01)。风险识别能力由干预前的(44.26±5.00)上升到干预后的(45.82±5.36),差异有统计学意义(t = 4.22,P<0.01)。歧视率由干预前的12.72%增加到干预后的17.98%,差异无统计学意义(χ2 = 3.27,P>0.05)。结论 学校艾滋病健康教育可提高学生的防艾知识和风险识别能力,但学生的歧视率不减反增。

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate the knowledge, risk awareness and discriminatory attitude about AIDS among freshmen in a university in Chengdu and to evaluate the effect of school intervention on AIDS prevention.Methods Two cross-sectional surveys were conducted by cluster sampling before AIDS preventive education and after this intervention. On-site questionnaire survey was used to collect information about knowledge, risk identification ability and discriminatory attitude. Paired samples were obtained by information matching. Paired samples t test and chi-square test are used. Results 228 respondents entered the eligible paired samples. After intervention, the scores of thirteen knowledge items about AIDS increased from 11.54±1.29 to 11.82±1.15 and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.25, P<0.01). The scores of the a bility of risk identification increased from 44.26 ±5.00 to 45.82 ±5.36 and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.22, P<0.01). After intervention, the discrimination rate increased from 12.72% to 17.98% with no significant difference(χ2=3.27, P >0.05). Conclusion AIDS health education in this university has improved students’ preventive knowledge of AIDS and risk identification ability, but the discrimination rate of student has increased instead of decreasing.
