中国大学生遭受暴力行为发生率的Meta分析

目的探讨我国大学生遭受暴力行为的发生率。方法计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、Ovid-Medline、EBSCO、Science Direct等数据库,收集各数据库自建库至2019年12月31日为止公开发表的关于中国大学生遭受暴力行为发生率的中英文文献。筛选文献并进行质量评价后,采用Review Manager 5.3软件对提取的数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入19篇文献,研究对象共计37 104例。分析结果显示大学生遭受暴力行为的总发生率为21.44%(95%CI:15.58%～28.75%);遭受躯体暴力、精神暴力、性暴力行为的发生率分别为9.31%(95%CI:6.49%～13.18%)、17.14%(95%CI:10.65%～26.42%)和2.66%(95%CI:1.07%～6.44%)。结论中国大学生遭受暴力行为发生率已达21.44%,其中精神暴力行为较为多见。

Incidence of violence against chinese college students: a meta-analysis

To discuss the incidence of violence against college students in China. Methods Chinese and Englishliteratures on the incidence of violence against Chinese college students published publicly were searched as of December 31st，2019 by CNKI，VIP，WanFang，PubMed，Ovid － Medline，EBSCO，Science Direct. Meta － analysis was performed on theliteratures that were screened for quality，and statistical analysis was conducted using Ｒeview Manager 5. 3 software. Ｒesults19 references were included，and a total of 37 104 patients were studied in the Meta － analysis. The results showed that theincidence of college students suffering from violence was 21. 44% ( 95% CI: 15. 58% ～ 28. 75% ) . The incidence of physicalviolence，mental violence and sexualviolence were 9. 31% ( 95% CI: 6. 49% ～ 13. 18% ) ，17. 14% ( 95% CI: 10. 65% ～26. 42% ) and 2. 66% ( 95% CI: 1. 07% ～ 6. 44% ) ，respectively.
