中学生人格、社交焦虑与手机成瘾倾向的关系

摘    要:目的探讨中学生人格、社交焦虑与手机成瘾倾向之间的关系,以便为其心理健康教育提供依据。方法使用整群随机抽样方法抽取了某省四所高中学生640人,采用艾森克人格问卷、社交焦虑量表与手机成瘾倾向量表进行现状调查。结果中学生人格E维度属于倾向外向型,P、N维度均属于中间型;社交焦虑处于中等偏上水平;手机成瘾倾向率为34.13%。N、P、社交焦虑与手机成瘾倾向呈统计学意义正相关(r=0.11~0.33,P<0.05);P(β=0.24,P<0.01)、N(β=0.19,P<0.01)、社交焦虑(β=0.31,P<0.01)均能正向预测手机成瘾倾向;社交焦虑在P与手机成瘾倾向之间的中介效应有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中学生人格发展状态良好,社交焦虑较高,手机成瘾倾向率超过三分之一;P、N及社交焦虑能正向预测手机成瘾倾向,其中社交焦虑在P维度与手机成瘾倾向关系上存在部分中介效应。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationships between personality, social anxiety and mobile phone addiction in middle school students, so as to provide evidence for their mental health education. Methods A total of 640 high school students in four middle schools were selected by cluster random sampling method and investigated by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Social Anxiety Scale and Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale. Results Personality E dimension of middle school students belonged to extroversion type. P and N belonged to intermediate type. Social anxiety was on the middle level, and mobile phone addiction rate was 34.13%. P, N and social anxiety were positively correlated with mobile phone addiction(r=0.11~0.33, P<0.05, P<0.01); P(β=0.24, t=5.83, P< 0.01), N(β=0.19, t=4.53, P< 0.01) and social anxiety(β=0.31, t=8.00, P<0.01) could all positively predict mobile phone addiction tendency, and social anxiety had a significant mediating effect between P and mobile phone addiction tendency(P<0.01). Conclusion Middle school students have good personality development, high social anxiety and more than one third of mobile phone addiction tendency. P, N and social anxiety can positively predict mobile phone addiction tendency. Social anxiety has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between P and mobile phone addiction tendency.
