腰骶椎体后缘软骨结节的CT诊断

摘    要:目的:分析141例共157个腰骶椎体后缘软骨结节病灶的CT表现,以提高对本病的确诊率。方法:用CT对患者的腰2~骶1椎间隙行轴位薄层扫描,整理其临床与CT表现资料并加以分析。结果:157个病灶中大多数位于腰5、骶1椎体后上缘,与文献报道相反。CT的典型表现为椎体后缘骨质缺损区、周围骨硬化边及后凸的骨壁。结论:本病是引起腰腿痛的原因之一,好发于腰4~骶1,CT为确诊的主要手段。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the CT manifestations of 157 lesions in 141 cases with lumbosacral vertebral body posterior marginal intraosseous cartilaginous node,and to improve the diagnostic ability.Methods: The intervertebral spaces from L2 to S1 of all the cases underwent axial thin slice CT scans.These data of clinical and CT manifestation were arranged and studied Results: Most of 157 lesions were located in the posterior superior margin of L5 or S1 vertebral body.The result was contrary to literature before.The typical CT manifestations included a defect in the posterior margin of the affected vertebral body,sclerotic margin around the defect and backward protrudent bony wall.Conclusion: Lumbosacral vertebral body posterior marginal intraosseous cartilaginous node is one of the pathogeny causing lumbocrural pain.It is particularly frequent from L4 to S1.CT is the principal means of diagnosis.
