| 摘 要： | 脑出血后血肿扩大是病人病情加重、预后不佳的重要独立危险因素,因此一直为临床医生所关注.近年来随着影像学的不断发展,CT血管造影(CTA)斑点征被逐渐用于预测高血压脑出血病人早期血肿扩大,对临床预后评估有较大价值.该综述旨在探讨CTA斑点征的相关定义、原理及在高血压脑出血中的临床应用.

| Abstract: | Expanding hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage is an important independent risk factor for aggravation and poor prognosis,which has been concerned by clinical doctors.With the development of medical imaging,CT angiography (CTA) is gradually used to predict the early hematoma enlargement in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,which is of great value in evaluating the prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.This article focuses on the definition and principles of CTA spot sign as well as its clinical application in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. |
