| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨早期康复训练对重型颅脑损伤患者肢体功能及生活自理能力的影响。方法：将120患者随机分为早期康复纽、延期康复组和对照组各40例，三组均接受神经外科常规治疗，早期康复组于发病后7d内进行康复训练，延期康复组于发病后7～30d内进行康复训练。结果：早期康复组和延期康复组及对照组（P〈0．01），早期康复组显效率明显优于延期康复组（P〈0．05）。结论：康复训练时重型颅脑损伤患者肢体功能恢复有效，能有效提高生活自理能力，早期介入康复效果更明显。 |
