复方苦参注射液联合DCF方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床观察

目的探讨复方苦参注射液联合DCF方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选取本院2009年4月～2012年8月的进展期胃癌患者180例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各90例,观察组给予复方苦参注射液联合DCF方案（多西紫杉醇＋替加氟＋顺铂）进行化疗;对照组仅用DCF方案进行化疗。28d为1个周期,治疗4周期后比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率（73.3%）明显高于照组（54.4%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗后骨髓抑制毒性反应明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者肝功能损害、周围神经毒性等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对进展期胃癌患者化疗时,在应用DCF方案的同时,联合应用复方苦参注射液,可以明显提高总有效率,且毒副反应明显减少,值得在临床工作中推广应用。

The clinical observation of compound matrine injection combined with DCF regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound matrine injection combined the DCF regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric. Methods 180 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients in our hospital from April 2009 to August 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,90 cases in each group. The observation group was given compound matrine injection joint DCF regimen （doeetaxel ＋tegafur ＋cisplatin） chemotherapy;And the control group only was given DCF program of chemotherapy.The 28-days for a cycle,after4 cy- cles of treatment were compared between the two groups of patients with the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The total efficiency （73.3%） was significantly higher than the total efficiency of the control group （54.4%）, two groups of comparison,the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）;The observation group patients with bone mar- row suppression toxicity was significantly lower than the control group,two groups of comparison,the difference had sta- tistical significance （P〈0.05）;The observation group patients with impaired liver function,peripheral nerve toxicity inci- dence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer,while in the application of the DCF regimen combined compound matrine injection,can significantly improve the total efficiency,and significantly reduced toxicity, should be widely applied in clinical work.
