平衡针配合龙氏正骨推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的探讨平衡针配合龙氏正骨推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）的临床效果。方法将LDH患者180例随机分为平衡针配合龙氏正骨推拿组（n=60）、单纯平衡针组（n=60）、单纯龙氏正骨推拿组（n=60）3组,使用改良MacNab评分进行疗效评价。结果连续治疗10d后,3组疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;3组VAS评分的比较,平衡针配合龙氏正骨推拿组评分明显低于其他两组（P〈0.01）;3组治疗优良率和ODI评分比较：平衡针配合龙氏正骨推拿组疗效优于其他两组（P〈0.01）;单纯平衡针组和单纯龙氏正骨推拿组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论平衡针配合龙氏正骨推拿治疗LDH疗效确切,优于单独使用平衡针或龙氏正骨推拿治疗LDH。

Clinical research of balance acupuncture combined with Long's bonesetting massage treating lumbar disc herniation

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of balance acupuncture combined with Long＇s bone- setting massage treating lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods 180 patients with LDH were randomly divided into balance acupuncture combined with Long＇s bonesetting massage group （n=60）,pure balance acupuncture group （n=60） and Long＇s bonesetting massage group（n=60）, modified MacNab score was used to evaluate the curative effect. Results After ten days＇ treatment,visual analogue scale （VAS） score of pain and Oswestry disability index （ODI） score of three groups were lower obviously than before treatment （P〈0.01）.VAS score was compared among the three groups,Long＇s bonesetting massage group was lower obviously than the other two groups.The excellent and good rare of ODI score were compared among the three groups,the curative effect of balance acupuncture combined with Long＇s bonesetting massage group was better than the other two groups （P〈0.01）; there was no statistical difference between the pure bal- ance acupuncture group and the Long＇s bonesetting massage group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of balance acupuncture combined with Long＇s bonesetting massage treating LDH is exactand its curative effect is better than pure balance acupuncture or Long＇s bonesetting massage.
