PDCA循环在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能锻炼中的应用

目的探讨PDCA循环在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法选择100例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按入院顺序分为对照组和实验组,每组50例,对照组采用传统功能锻炼方法,实验组采用PDCA循环,即通过计划（plan,P）、实施（do,D）、检查（check,C）、处理（action,A）4个阶段对患者开展肢体功能锻炼,比较两组日常生活活动能力和住院时间。结果实验组日常生活活动能力较对照组恢复快,住院时间较对照组短,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论PDCA循环应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能锻炼,提高了患者康复效果,日常生活活动能力恢复快,住院时间缩短,减少了社会和家庭的负担,值得临床推广应用。

Application of PDCA cycle in limb functional exercise of hemiplegic patient after cerebral apoplexy

Objective To explore the application effects of PDCA cycle in limb functional exercise of hemiplegic pa- tient after cerebral apoplexy. Methods 100 hemiplegic patients after stroke were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the sequence of being hospitalized. In the control group, the traditional functional exercise was provided, while in the experimental group, the PDCA cycle which was the initial of （plan, P）, （do, D）, （check, C） and （action, A） was applied for limb functional exercise. The recovery of activity of daily living and hospital stay in both groups were compared. Results The recovery of activity of daily living in experimental group was faster, and hospital stay was much shorter compared with those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of PDCA cycle in limb functional exercise of hemiplegic patients after cere- bral apoplexy can improve the effects of rehabilitation with quick recovery of activity of daily living and short hospital stay, and can reduce the burden on society and family, is worthy of expansion in clinic.
