经尿道前列腺电切术与经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效比较

目的比较经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）与经尿道双极等离子电切术（TPKR）治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法选取2010年5月～2013年3月本院收治的良性前列腺患者95例,并随机分为TPKR组和TURP组,TURP组46例接受TURP治疗,TPKR组49例接受TPKR治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,分析术后症状的改善情况以及并发症发生情况。结果 TPKR组的术中出血量、手术时间、留置导管时间、膀胱冲洗时间和住院时间均明显低于TURP组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。TURP组术后并发症的发生率为52.2%,TPKR组术后并发症的发生率为22.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 TPKR对于良性前列腺增生具有较好的疗效,且手术时间相对较短、创伤小,术中出血量少,是临床治疗中一种有效的方法。

Transurethral resection prostate compared with the curative effect of transurethral plasma kinetic resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients

Objective To compare the clinical effect of transurethral resection of the prostate and transurethral plasma kinetic resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 95 cases of patients with benign prostatic from May 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into TPKR group and TURP group,TPKR group（46 cases）received transurethral resection prostate;TURP group（49 cases） received transurethral plasma kinetic resection treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared after treatment, and the improvement of postoperative symptoms and complications were analyzed. Results In TPKR group,the bleeding volume,operation time,indwelling catheter time,bladder irrigation time and hospital stay were significantly lower than that of TURP group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The complication rate was 52.2% after the oper- ation in TURP group,and the incidence of complications was 22.4% in TPKR group after the operation,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TPKR has good curative effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia,and with relatively short operation time,less trauma and less bleeding in operation,it is an effective way and method for the clinical treatment.
