腹部淋巴管瘤螺旋CT影像分析

目的分析腹部淋巴管瘤的影像表现，以便提高对本病的认识及更好的为临床服务。方法回顾性分析11例经CT检查并手术病理证实的腹部淋巴管瘤并分析其CT表现。结果腹部淋巴管瘤的cT表现为囊性肿块，呈水样密度，其中1例表现为单发大囊，其内可见分隔10例表现多发小囊性肿块。浆液性为主7例，乳糜淋巴液为主4例。结论腹部淋巴管瘤发病部位，形态，大小，范围及瘤体内容物的性质CT表现有其特征性，CT对其诊断有很高的准确性，为临床选择治疗方案提供了依据。

Spiral CT diagnosis of the abdominal lymphangioma

Objective To analyze the CT features of the abdominal lymphangioma and to assess the CT diagnostic value in order to improve the identification of this disease and better for clinical service. Methods CT findings inl lcases of abdominal lymphangioma confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analysed. Results The principal CT manifestation of abdominal lymphangioma was cystic mass. One had septation and a single big cyst. There were many little compartments in 10 cases. The main one of the constituents in 7 cases was serosity. That was lymph complicated in 4 cases. Conclusion The growth location, form, size and the contents inside the tumour of the abdominal lymphangioma have characters itself. CT has a very high diagnostic accuracy for the abdominal lymphangioma,which provides information for therapy.
