| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨E cadherin(E cad)在食管鳞癌及淋巴结转移灶中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学法 (SP法 )检测 19例正常食管上皮 ,5 2例食管鳞癌原发灶及其中 2 0例淋巴结转移灶中E cad的表达。结果 :19例正常食管上皮中E cad的着色为细胞膜着棕黄色 ,均有表达 ;食管鳞癌原发灶及淋巴结转移灶中E cad的表达率分别为 2 3 1%和 5 0 % ,3者相比差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;E cad的表达率与食管鳞癌的组织学分级 ,浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :E cad的表达减少与食管鳞癌的恶性进展有关 ,可做为判断食管鳞癌进展及预后的较好指标。

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of E cadherin (E cad)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC)and its lymph metastasis.Methods:The expression of E cad in normal esophageal epithelia(19 cases),ESCC(52 cases),and metastasis lymph nodes(20 cases)was detected by immunohistochemical method(SP).Results:In 19 cases of the normal epithelial cells,the expression of E cad appeared brownish yellow on the cytomembrane,the rate of E cad normal expression in primary lesions and lymph nodes metastasis were 23.1% and 5 9% respectively,and there was significant difference( P <0 05) The normal expression rate of E cad was related to the histological grades,depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis in 52 cases of ESCC( P <0 05) Conclusion:The decreased expression of E cad plays an important role in the malignant progression of ESCC and could be used as a biomarker of the tumor development and prognosis. |
