补肾活血法治疗早期糖尿病肾脏疾病的临床观察

目的：观察补肾活血法治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病的t临床疗效。方法：将本院110例患者采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均采用基础治疗，治疗组加用中药口服，对照组加用胰激肽原酶肠溶片口服，两组均以一个月为一个疗程，治疗三个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率94．55％，对照组总有效率85．55％，两组对比，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；两组均可改善尿微量白蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量，提高内生肌酐清除率，与治疗前相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01），治疗后两组对比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：采用补肾活血法治疗糖尿病’肾脏疾病早期有很好的疗效。

Clinical observation on treating early diabetic kidney disease by Bushen Huoxue therapy

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy ofBushen Huoxue therapy for diabetic kidney disease. Methods： 110 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both groups received basic treatment, the treatment group was given oral medicine, and the control group was given pancreatic kallikrein enteric-coated tablets. Results： The total efficiency was 94.55% in the control group, the total efficiency was 85.55% in another, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; 24-hour urinary protein excretion, to improve endogenous creatinine clearance rate, was compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）, after treatment, comparing two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Bushen Huoxue therapy for diabetic kidney disease has good effects early.
