参麦注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎临床分析

目的：观察参麦注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎临床疗效。方法：81例患儿随机分为两组，两组均予基础治疗，对照组予以左卡尼汀，观察组给予参麦注射液和左卡尼汀，观察疗效和心肌酶的变化。结果：观察组疗效和心电图疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶水平变化明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：参麦注射液联合左卡尼汀治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎疗效明显，不良反应小，值得推广。

Clinical observation on treating viral myocarditis in children with Shenmai injection and levocarnitine

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Shenmai injection and levocarnitine on treating viral myocarditis in children. Methods：81 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given levocarnitine, another was given Shenmai injection and levocarnitine. Results：Clinical effects, ECG curative effect, creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase levels change of the treatment group were obviously better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenmai injection and levocarnitine has good effects with small adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
