中西医结合治疗老年功能性便秘临床分析

目的：观察中西医结合疗法对于老年功能性便秘的临床效果。方法：将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组患者给予西沙必利片治疗，观察组患者给予西沙必利片＋中药益气润肠方治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率96.7%（29/30），对照组总有效率53.3%（16/30），观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗老年功能性便秘疗效显著，值得在临床中推广应用。

A clinical analysis of treating senile functional constipation in the integrative medicine

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on senile functional constipation. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given cisapride tablets, another was given cisapride tablets＋Yiqi Runchang decoction. Results：The total efficiency was 96.7%（29/30） in the observation group, in the control group was 53.3%（16/30）, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine has a significant effect for senile functional constipation and is worthy of promotion.
