辨证施膳指导对高血压患者的疗效评价

摘    要:目的:通过对我科高血压患者进行辨证施膳指导,观察其临床疗效,为今后进一步提升护理服务质量提供参考。方法:选择2013年1月-2013年10月我院收治的100例高血压患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,治疗组在常规护理基础上另外实施辨证施膳指导,记录两组患者干预前后血压值及对患者进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:治疗组50例患者中显效36例(72%),有效10例(20%),无效4例(8%),总有效率92%。对照组显效33例(66%),有效10例(20%),无效7例(14%),总有效率86%。两组护理干预前后焦虑和抑郁评分比较结果显示,两组患者干预前其SAS和SDS评分无统计学差异(P〉0.05),干预后治疗组焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:辨证施膳指导能够在常规护理基础上进一步降低患者血压,改善其生活质量,值得在临床中进行推广。

Clinical evaluation of hypertensions by meal guidance
Abstract:Objective: To observe clinical effects of meal guidance on treating hypertension, as a reference to improve caring quality in the future. Methods: 100 patients were selected to divide into two groups. The control group was given routine care, the treatment group was given meal guidance more. Blood pressure values in two groups were recorded before and after treatment, SAS, SDS scores were evaluated either. Results: The total efficacy in the control was 92%, in another it was 86%. SAS, SDS scores were lower in the control (P〈0.05) after intervention, with no statically difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Meal guidance can reduce blood pressure and improve life quality, was worthy of application.
