夹脊盘龙刺配合中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎30例

目的：观察夹脊穴盘龙刺配合中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的临床疗效，探讨治疗强直性脊柱炎的方法。方法：将60例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组予夹脊穴盘龙刺配合中药熏蒸治疗；对照组用柳氮磺胺吡啶（SASP）治疗。结果：两组显效比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：夹脊穴盘龙刺配合中药熏蒸治疗能有效的缓解 AS患者的临床症状，是治疗AS的一种有效的方法。

Treating30 cases of ankylosing spondylitis with Jiaji Panlong acupuncture plus TCM fumigation

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Jiaji Panlong acupuncture plus TCM fumigation for ankylosing spondylitis, to investigate the clinical pathway. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases for each. The treatment group was given Jiaji Panlong acupuncture plus TCM fumigation; the control was given sulfasalazine（SASP）. Results： The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jiaji Panlong acupuncture plus TCM fumigation were good at treating ankylosing spondylitis, and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms.
