铺灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床研究

目的：探讨铺灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果，为临床推广做出指导。方法：选择我院自2010年3月-2013年3月收治的109例类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象，随机分为两组。治疗组给予铺灸治疗，对照组给予常规针灸治疗，对比观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果：治疗组治愈35例，显效15例，有效3例，无效2例；对照组治愈14例，显效16例，有效13例，无效11例。治疗组总有效率为96.36%（53/55），明显高于对照组79.63%（43/54），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：铺灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果显著，值得临床广泛推广。

Clinical research on treating rheumatoid arthritis in moxibustion

Objective： To study the spread of moxibustion for rheumatoid arthritis, make guidance for clinical promotion. Methods： 109 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was given moxibustion therapy, the control group given conventional acupuncture. Results： In the treatment group, cured of 35 cases, 15 cases were markedly improved, 3 cases were effective and 2 cases for invalid; in Control group, 14 cases cured, 16 cases had marked effect, 13 cases was effective and 11 cases for invalid. In the treatment group total efficiency was 96.36% （53/55）, significantly higher than the control group 79.63% （43/54）, the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Moxibustion for rheumatoid arthritis has good effects, was worthy of clinical promotion.
