92例多囊卵巢综合征患者采用归肾丸联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片的疗效研究

目的：探讨归肾丸联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合症的临床疗效。方法：选择2011年2月-2012年6月在我院治疗的92例多囊卵巢综合症患者，随机分为两组，对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗，实验组在对照组基础上联合归肾丸治疗，比较两组患者治疗有效率、妊娠率及治疗前后激素（T、LH、E2、FSH及PRL）的变化。结果：两组患者治疗后血清中LH、E2及T水平明显降低，且观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05），而FSH 和PRL治疗后没有明显变化，且两组间差异不具有显著性意义（P〈0.05）；实验组患者治疗有效率及1年内妊娠率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：归肾丸联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对于多囊卵巢综合症患者的治疗效果较好，不仅能够明显提高治疗有效率及妊娠率，同时能够改善患者的内分泌水平，临床应用价值较大。

Effective research on treating 92 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome with Guishen Wan plus Ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Guishen Wan plus ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets for polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods：92 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets, the experimental group was given Guishen Wan more than the control. Results：After treatment serum LH, E2 and T levels were significantly reduced in both, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, whereas no significant change in FSH and PRL after treatment, with no significant difference （P〈0.05）;patients in the experimental group efficiently have significantly higher pregnancy rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Guishen Wan not only can significantly improve the efficiency of pregnancy, but also can improve endocrine levels.
