| 摘 要： | 目的：观察参麦注射液治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：121例冠心病患者分成两组，对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯片，观察组给予单硝酸异山梨酯片和参麦注射液，观察临床疗效。结果：观察组心绞痛疗效和心电图总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。无明显的不良反应。结论：参麦注射液疗效明显，作用稳定，安全无副作用，能改善心血管功能和预后。

Clinical research on treating angina pectoris in the old people with Shenmai injection |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of Shenmai injection on treating angina pectoris in the old people. Methods： 121 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given isosorbide mononitrate tablets, the observation group was given Shenmai injection more. Results： The total efficacy of angina and ECG in the observation was higher （P〈0.05）. With no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Shenmai injection has good effects and was safety, can improve cardiovascular function and prognosis. |
