| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of chronic disease self-management program in the nursing of patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods 68 patients with chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received chronic disease self-management program on the basis of routine nursing.The self-management ability scores and kidney function before and after nursing were compared between two groups.Results 6 months after nursing,the self-management ability score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the levels of Scr,BUN and PRO were significantly lower than those of control group,and Ccr level was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Chronic disease self-management program applied in the nursing of patients with chronic kidney disease can improve the self-management ability and improve the kidney function of patients. |
