Impact of Holistic Primary Nursing on Quality of Life and Nursing Satisfaction Degree of Patients with Breast CancerSurgery

Objective To explore the impact of holistic primary nursing on quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods 71 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.35 cases of control group received routine nursing,and 36 cases of observation group received holistic primary nursing.The quality of life before and after nursing and the nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in both groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and the scores of quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 91.67%,significantly higher than 68.57%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Holistic primary nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer surgery and improve their nursing satisfaction degree.
