| 摘 要： | 对孕期早产患者实施药学监护是临床药师参与临床工作的内容之一。通过文献分析、临床实践及案例分析，探讨临床药师在产科病区对早产患者实施药学监护的要点。临床药师通过对早产的特点学习，并对患者实施药学监护，可增加患者依从性，延长孕期，体现临床药师的专业价值。

| Abstract: | The implementation of pharmaceutical care to premature patients is part of work for clinical pharmacist in participating in clinical work. In this paper, based on literature analysis, clinical practice and case studies, the critical points of pharmaceutical care to premature patients by clinical pharmacist were reviewed. Through the study on premature characteristics and the pharmaceutical care to patients by clinical pharmacists, the patient’s compliance was improved and the pregnancy period was prolonged, and the professional value of clinical pharmacist was reflected. |
