| 摘 要： | 目的:观察"调脾护心法"治疗心脏微血管病变(X综合征)的远期疗效.方法:选择56例住院诊断为X综合征且出院后长期接受"调脾护心法"治疗的心血管病患者,对其进行电话随访,观察远期疗效.结果:共随访到21例.随访率为37.5%,失访原因为电话号码变更.随访0.5～5a.平均2.3 a,未见因心脏原因死亡者.19例长期服中药的患者中,4例(21%)心绞痛症状消失,15例(79%)症状好转.未发生心肌梗死,无因心脏病病情加重再次入院者.结论:调脾护心法对X综合征有较好的治疗作用. |
