孕期尖锐湿疣的治疗研究

目的探讨三氧对孕期尖锐湿疣的治疗效果。方法将112例孕期尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组用三氧治疗,对照组用三氯醋酸治疗,判定疗效,并进行3个月随访。结果治疗组治疗孕期尖锐湿疣总有效率为86.4%,对照组为92.9%,差异有统计学意义。结论三氧治疗孕期尖锐湿疣复发率低,疗效显著。

Study on pregnant condyloma acuminatum with ozonetherapy

Objective：To explore the effective treatment to pregnant condyloma acuminatum with ozonetherapy.Methods：The 112 cases of pregnant condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 56 cases in treatment group were given treatment with Objective,while 56cases in control group were given treatment with Trichloroacetic Acid.All patients were followed up for 3months.Results：The all efficient rate of treating pregnant condyloma acuminatum with ozonetherapy is 96.4%,the other is 92.9%.There were significant differences between the two groups in there paramenters during treatment （P 0.001）.Conclusions：Ozonetherapy in the treatment of pregnant condyloma acuminatum has satisfactory therapectic effects and low recurrence rate.
