7-苯乙酰氨基-3-吡啶甲基-3-头孢菌素-4-羧酸对甲氧苄酯的合成

摘    要:对7-苯乙酰氨基-3-吡啶甲基-3-头孢菌素-4-羧酸对甲氧苄酯的合成工艺进行优化,结果改进工艺后可缩短生产周期4~6 h,收率达88.3%,含量97.1%。该工艺简化了操作过程,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,为工业化生产提供了更有利的保障。

Abstract:An improved process of the preparation of 7-phenylacetyl-3-pyridiniummethyl-4-carboxylic acid p-methoxybenzyl ester was described.The yield was 88.3% and purity 97.1%.The improved process could simplify the synthetic procedure,reduce the cost of production and increase the yield of the product.
