抑郁症患者临床特征的性别差异

目的探讨性别因素对抑郁症的影响。方法符合CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准共195例,按男、女性别分组进行一般情况、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、明尼苏达多项人格测定(MMPI)评定。结果男性抑郁症未婚多、离婚少,首次发病和本次住院年龄小;HAMD评分睡眠障碍轻;MMPI测试D、Mf、Pt和Sc分高。结论男女抑郁症患者临床症状的差异较少,男性抑郁症病理性异常更严重,可能是社会文化变迁对男女心理尤其是人格的影响,并在抑郁症的病理塑形中反映出来。

The Sex Study of Clinical Characteristics in Depression

Objective To investigate the affect of sex factor on depression.Methods There were 195 patients which conformed to the diagnostic standard of depressive episode according to CCMD-3.They were separated in two groups in order to assess them with ordinary condition,HAMD and MMPI.Results The male in depression have more unmarriage and less divorce,also the age of was younger;The degree of the sleeping disorder was lighter by HAMP;The scores of D,Mf,Pt and Sc were higher in MMPI than the female.Conclusion The gender differences in depression became smaller.The pathologic change of the male in depression was more serious,which was possible effect of the change of society and culture on mental of male and female,especially personality,and was reflected in the pathologic prafile in depression.
