鼻咽癌康复期的MRI观察

目的 :通过分析鼻咽癌放疗后不同时期的 MRI表现 ,寻求鼻咽癌复发和转移的 MRI特点。方法 :对 2 5例鼻咽癌病人于放疗后不同时期作鼻咽部 MRI普通扫描和增强扫描 ,观察鼻咽形态改变和转移情况。结果 :2 5例病人中 ,2例双侧鼻咽部结构对称 ,2 3例由于纤维化、瘢痕吸收出现鼻咽形态改变 ,其中 6例复发 ,6例出现副鼻窦放射性反应 ,9例出现局部浸润或转移。结论 :鼻咽部 MRI扫描对放疗照射野的设计以及局部肿瘤复发和转移检查有很重要的意义。

MR Findings of Nasopharygneal Carcinoma after Radiotherapy

Objective To observe MR findings of NPC after radiotherapy in order to understand the growth rules of the tumor and tamor recurrence.Methods Routine nasopharyngeal transversal plain and enhanced MR scans were performed in 25 cases of NPC after radiotherapy.Results The nasopharyngeal structure appeared symmetrical in 2 cases.Postradiation changes were found in 23 cases,these include stiffness of nasopharyngeal walls,thickening of parapharyngeal tissue,flatting of pharyngeal recess,obstruction of the opening of the eustachian tube,and enlargement of nasopharngeal cavity.6 cases showed radiation reactions in paranasal sinuses. 9 cases appear the part gradually or transfer.Conclusions MR plays an important role in follow-up of NPC after radiotherapy.
