肾综合征出血热30例临床分析

目的分析肾综合征出血热的流行特征,探讨其临床特点及治疗方法。方法对我院30例肾综合征出血热病例进行回顾性分析。结果肾综合征出血热在本地区常年均有散发,但以2~5月份为较多,占70%。以青壮年发病为主,平均年龄41.57岁。男性较女性常见;临床以多脏器功能损害为主要表现,以肝、肾、血液系统损害为主,症状不典型,占73.3%。临床分期不典型,临床治疗以积极的对症支持治疗为主。结论肾综合征出血热的发病临床症状不典型,易误诊,对有发热、多脏器功能损害的病患应警惕该病,尽量早诊断、早治疗。

Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome:a clinical analysis of 30 cases

Objective To analyze the epidemiologic characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes(HFRS) and discuss its clinical characteristics and treatment.Methods The data of 30 patients with HFRS in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Sporadic HFRS cases were found in local district throughout the year,and the peak time of morbidity was from February to May(70%).The age of onset concentrated at young adults(with the average age of 41.57 years),and HFRS was more common in the male than in the female.The major clinical manifestation of HFRS was multiple organ disfunctions with the disfunctions of liver,kidney and hematologic system.However,there were 73.3% of the patients without typical symptoms.Conclusions HFRS has no typical clinical-symptoms and it is easy to be misdiagnosed.The patients with fever and multiple organ disfunctions should be considered for HFRS and be diagnosed and treated as early as possible.
