云南省昭通市2009年艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者疫情监测分析

目的：了解昭通市艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者（HIV/AIDS）流行病学特征,分析其流行趋势,为本市所采取的艾滋病控制措施提供科学依据。方法：对昭通市2009年报告的241例HIV/AIDS病例资料归纳整理,进行流行病学分析。结果：2009年1～12月全市报告HIV感染者241例（外地报告96例）,其中,男145例,女96例,性别构成比为1.50∶1.00,以20～39岁年龄组为主。农民最多,占50%（120/241）。异性接触史占59%（142/241）,注射毒品占23%（56/241）,男男性接触4例,性接触＋注射毒品4例,母婴传播3例,其他感染途径14例,不详为18例。性接触成为本市HIV传播的主要方式。结论：昭通市属艾滋病中度流行区,艾滋病疫情呈快速增长发展的趋势,应加大监测检测力度,加强艾滋病高危行为的干预,特别是性传播行为和流动人群干预力度,积极推进对HIV感染者和艾滋病患者的随访干预,是昭通市预防和控制艾滋病传播的重要措施。

Zhaotong city of Yunnan province in 2009 HIV/AIDS epidemiological surveillance and analysis

Objective： To understand the Zhaotong HIV/AIDS（HIV/AIDS） epidemiological features of its popular trend,as the city′s AIDS control measures taken to provide a scientific basis.Methods： Zhaotong City in 2009 reported 241 cases of HIV/AIDS cases,collate and analyze information,epidemiological analysis.Results： 1 December 2009,the city reported 241 cases of HIV infection（report of 96 cases imported）,of which 145 cases of male and female 96 cases,gender ratio was 1.50∶1.00,with 20 to 39 age group dominated.Most farmers,accounting for 50%（120/241）.History of heterosexual contact,59%（142/241）,injection drug use accounted for 23%（56/241）,4 cases of male sexual contact,sexual contact and injection drug in 4 cases,3 cases of mother to child transmission,the other 14 cases,and 18 unknown cases.HIV transmis-sion through sexual contacts as the main form of the city.Conclusion： Moderate Zhaotong municipal AIDS epidemic areas,the AIDS epidemic is the development trend of rapid growth,should increase surveillance and testing efforts to strengthen AIDS intervention in high-risk behavior,especially acts of sexual transmission and mobile populations intervention efforts,and actively advancing HIV infection and AIDS follow-up intervention is Zhaotong the spread of AIDS prevention and control of important measures.
