接骨宝促进骨折愈合的实验研究

摘    要:为观察以强筋骨药为主组成的接骨宝对骨折愈合的影响,评价该药治疗骨折的临床疗效,将30只新西兰大白兔随机分为3组,即接骨宝组、伤科接骨片组及空白组,制造右侧桡尺骨中段闭合性骨折模型,术后均采用同一种方法用硬纸皮及胶布作外固定.其中接骨宝组术后1周开始服用接骨宝口服液,伤科接骨片组术后1天即开始服用,以上两药的用量均按人服用的剂量折算,空白组术后1天开始服用白开水,治疗时间共37天.届时均截取右侧桡骨,取样后进行骨折部外观比较、骨痂测量、X线片及组织学观察,结果显示接骨宝能促进骨皮质及骨小梁的生长,促进髓腔再通,并能加速骨折塑形等.表明接骨宝具有明显促进骨折愈合的作用.

Abstract:The paper aims at observing the influence of "JIEGU BAO" (JGB, a TCD preparation for fracture healing), which is composed mainly of TCD strengthening the bone and tendon, on fracture healing and at evaluating its clinical therapeutic effect on fracture. Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: JGB, SJP and blank. All the animals were made into the models of closed right-middle-radial fracture and externally fixated by the same hard paper and adhesive plaster postoperatively. One week postoperatively, JGB group began to orally take JGB; while a day postoperatively, SJP and blank groups began to take SJP ("SHANGKE JIEGU PIAN", a tablets for traumatological fracture healing) and boiled water, respectively; and the treatment lasted 37 days. Then the right radii were taken, the fracture-site appearances of the specimens were compared, the calluses were measured, and the radiological and histological observations were performed. The results showed that JGB could promote the growth of bone cortex and trabecula and the recanalization of bone marrow and speed up the fracture remoulding, suggesting that JGB has a significant stimulative effect on fracture healing.
