| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的有效方法.方法将40例确诊为2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者按中医辨证分型分为脾气虚弱型(17例)和胃阴不足型(23例),分别给予六君子汤、麦门冬汤治疗,比较两者疗效.结果胃阴不足型与脾气虚弱型总有效率分别为78.3%、82.4%(P＜0.05).结论采用中医药辨证治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫可收到满意的效果. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effective method of treating diabetic gastroparesis (DGP).Methods:Forty patients with DGP were divided into deficiency of the stomach yin group (n=23) and insufficiency of the spleen qi group (n=17) according to TCM theory,and given Maimendong Decoction and Liu Junzi Decoction,respectively.Results:The total effective rate was 78.3% in deficiency of the stomach yin group,82.4% in insufficiency of the spleen qi group.Conclusion:The satisfactory effect of treating DGP can be obtained with TCM treatment according to syndrome differentiation. |
