| 摘 要： | Astragalus saponin 1, one of the components isolated from Astragalus membranaceus Bge was found to induce accumulation of cAMP in rabbit plasma at the ip dose of 10mg/kg. The increase of cAMP started at 30 rain and reached maximum in 0.5～4h after a single injection. The effect of the component on DNA biosynthesis in partially hepatectomized mice seemed to be significant. The component was also shown to enhance the incorporation of [3H] TdR into the regenerating liver in mice.
