女性腺性膀胱炎21例报告

目的:探讨女性腺性膀胱炎的诊断和治疗方法。方法:对21例女性腺性膀胱炎的诊断和治疗情况进行总结,全部病例经尿道膀胱镜结合组织活检确诊,并均行经尿道电气化术治疗。结果:21例获得6~36(平均19)个月随访。17例治愈,4例好转,其中2例6~11个月复发,无1例癌变。结论:尿道膀胱镜结合组织活检对女性腺性膀胱炎的早期诊断具有重要意义;经尿道电气化术或电切术是治疗女性腺性膀胱炎主要的治疗方法。

Femal Glandularis Cystitis: A Report of 21 Cases

Objective:To study the diagnosis and treatment of female glandularis cystitis.Methods:Twenty-one female cases of cystitis glandularis were diagnosed by cystoscope examination with pathologic studies and treated with transurethral electrovaporization.Results:All 21cases had been followed up for 6~36 months with a mean of 19 months.Seventeen cases were cured,and 4 cases improved.Two of theses four cases recurred in 6~11 months after treatment.There was no malignant change in all cases.Conclusion:Cystosope examination with pathologic studies are important for early diangnosi of cystitis glandularis and transurethral electrovaporization or electronrsssection may be the main treatment for female cystitis glandularis.
