| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）与脑梗死的关系。方法根据有无合并脑梗死将80例T2DM分为合并脑梗死的糖尿病组（DMCI）22例,单纯糖尿病组（DM）58例;采用彩色多普勒超声系统测定两组受试对象的颈动脉内膜中层厚度。结果T2DM合并脑梗死组颈动脉平均IMT比无脑梗死组明显增厚（P〈0.05）。结论T2DM颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）与脑梗死有明显相关,可以作为预知脑梗死发生、发展的一个指标。
