ＶＥＧＦＲ２和ｃ-Ｃｂｌ在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨ＶＥＧＦＲ２和ｃ-Ｃｂｌ在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法：构建胃癌组织芯片，应用免疫组化的方法，检测两种蛋白的表达情况。结果：ＶＥＧＦＲ２和ｃ-Ｃｂｌ在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为８５.５％和７１.０％。ＶＥＧＦＲ２蛋白表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移及病理分期有关（Ｐ＜０.０５），而与性别、年龄、分化程度无关；ｃ-Ｃｂｌ蛋白表达与浸润深度及病理分期有关（Ｐ＜０.０５），而与性别、年龄、分化程度及淋巴结转移无关。ＶＥＧＦＲ２与ｃ-Ｃｂｌ的表达强度呈正相关。结论：ＶＥＧＦＲ２和ｃ-Ｃｂｌ在胃癌中高表达；ＶＥＧＦＲ２和ｃ-Ｃｂｌ蛋白的表达强度与胃癌的浸润深度及病理分期均呈正相关；ＶＥＧＦＲ２与淋巴结转移呈正相关；ＶＥＧＦＲ２与ｃ-Ｃｂｌ的表达强度亦呈正相关。

The expression and clinical significance of VEGFR2 and c-Cbl in gastric carcinoma

Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of VEGFR2 and c-Cbl in gastric carcinoma. Methods： The expressions of VEGFR2 and c-Cbl were detected by immunohistochemical method of SP. Results：The positive expression rates of VEGFR2 and c-Cbl were 85.5% ,71.0% in gastric carcinoma, respectively, which were both higher than those in normal tissues （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of VEGFR2 was positively correlated with depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis and TNM staging. The expression of c-Cbl was positively correlated with depth of invasion and TNM staging;there was a positive relationship between the ex- pression of VEGFR2 and c-Cbl. Conclusion：The expressions of VEGFR2 and c-Cbl are associated with some clinicopathologic features and prognosis in gastric carcinoma, indicating that those may be prognostic factors for gastric carcinoma.
